SCHOOL CHOICE & UPK – We Can Help!

We will have technology & staff available to support with the Choice Process and new ECE process.  Help is available Tuesday, 2/7 & Thursday,2/9 between 7:45am – 8:30am in the Colfax Library.  Let us help you take care of this task to secure your spot at Colfax for next year.

SchoolChoice enrollment is for any student who wants or needs to attend a new school for the following school year, particularly incoming kinder, sixth and ninth-grade students. All incoming preschool students must complete an application.  

PROSPECTIVE ECE 3&4 FAMILIES:

Early Childhood Education (ECE) at Colfax is an inclusive, growth mindset, loving  program that incorporates the latest innovations and proven theories in Science, Technology, Reading, Writing, Math and Social Emotional Learning. At Colfax we put students first and learn from them and their cultures, so we can become better facilitators of their learning. The Colfax ECE program has a long tradition of outreach in the community, from singing to our elders in the many assisted living communities close by, to partnering with local businesses to beautify our neighborhood.  We, the mighty Colfax Tigers, would love for you to join our family. Tendremos tecnología y personal disponibles para apoyar con el Proceso de Elección. La ayuda estará disponible Martes 7 de Febrero y el Jueves 9 de Febrero entre las 7:45 am – 8:30 am en la Biblioteca Colfax. Permítanos ayudarlo a encargarse de esta tarea para asegurar su lugar en Colfax para el próximo año.

Las inscripciones del proceso EscojoMiEscuela de DPS son para todos los estudiantes que deseen o tengan necesidad de asistir a una nueva escuela el año escolar siguiente, que generalmente ingresan a Kinder, sexto y noveno grado. Todos los estudiantes de preescolar, deben llenar una solicitud.
