About Me:
This is my 3rd year teaching at Colfax and my 11th year in special education. I love to foster learning in little ones, and see the joy that happens in students when ‘things click.’ I thrive off the relationships I build with the families and other teachers in my school community. I believe it truly takes a village, and for that reason I value the community we have here at Colfax!

About Me:
This is my 5th year at Colfax supporting our Gifted and Talented students. I have worked in gifted education since 2007, and love challenging students to reach their full potential and recognize their strengths. My first experience teaching was in a small town near Nagoya, Japan, where I lived for 2 years. I love traveling to other countries, learning new languages, experiencing new cultures, and learning how to cook traditional food from various countries. I also really enjoy being active outdoors. At home I love spending time with my husband, my two sons, and my kitten. My sons are entering 1st and 5th grade.
