Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Eviction Moratorium was extended through March 31, 2021. Information about the moratorium (including a fact sheet) is available Here.

In order for the Eviction Moratorium to apply, you must download, complete, and provide the Eviction Declaration Form to your landlord. It is available in English and Spanish. CDC is updating the form in other languages and when completed it will be published Here.

Housing Counseling: Brothers Redevelopment has teamed up with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing to launch the Housing Counseling Assistance Program. It is a free service to all Coloradans where residents can be connected to local housing resources like financial assistance for rent and mortgages or to be put in touch with legal assistance to prevent a looming eviction. The program can be accessed by calling the state’s only centralized housing helpline that Brothers Redevelopment operates, Colorado Housing Connects: 1-844-926-6632 or  Coloradohousingconnects.org
