Voice and Value: Strategies for Behavior, Advocacy and Partnership

​​​​​In collaboration with departments within Denver Public Schools and FACE University, the Behavior Barriers Team will be hosting a series of training designed to open the dialogue between parents and educators to support parents in developing a deeper understanding of behavior and the educational system so they are best equipped to navigate it, as their child’s/children’s primary advocate. Parents will learn to use “look fors” during conversations with school teams to support their child and the school with developing strategies to address behavior, discipline, and safety.
